Morale patch "Thor Hammer", warhammer of the god Thor according to Norse tradition. This design features canonically Viking decorative ornaments depicting the Lindworm (a legless dragon, similar to a wyvern, often depicted biting its own tail like an Ouroboros).
Thor is originally the deity of thunder in Scandinavian tradition, associated with strength, protection, and war. In the Norse sagas, "Mjöllnir" (the hammer's name) was a devastating weapon, capable of destroying anything, hurling lightning bolts, and always returning to the hands of its sole owner, Thor.
For the ancient Nordic peoples, the amulet symbolized strength, protection, and the will to fight evil, a symbol worn by Viking warriors as a sign of power and defense. For this reason, even today, Thor's hammer is one of the most widespread emblems of Norse culture and modern Viking imagery, associated with resilience, combativeness, and a warrior's spirit.
This magical warhammer was given to Thor by the Dwarves. According to the saga, Loki made a bet with the Dwarf Brokkr, claiming that his brother, the blacksmith Sindri, was incapable of producing a weapon on the level of Gungnir (Odin's magical spear). Short story: Loki obviously lost the bet, but due to one of his tricks, the hammer was made with a handle too small, hence the short shape of Mjöllnir.
